Dear PCC Mail Service Provider:

Are you interested in reaching new clients? Click here to Find a Mail Service Provider. This program is growing fast – and you can enroll. Below you will find basic information about the program, which provides information about local and national companies providing the following services:

  • Mail preparation
  • Mail lists
  • Mail printing
  • Mailing support
  • Mailing supplies
  • Mailing equipment

If your company is a mail service provider, there are some great benefits for you by enrolling!

PROGRAM PURPOSE:

To provide a listing of Mail Service Providers on the National PCC web site.

To connect new and existing customers to mail related services that can be provided by participating PCC member companies.

TYPES OF MAIL SERVICE PROVIDERS:

Local or National (there are different criteria and fees for each).

GENERAL ENROLLMENT CRITERIA:

Be a PCC member.

Pay an annual flat-rate fee – Local MSP – for just $100 (less than $0.28 per day).

MSP acceptance of listing terms.

KEY BENEFITS FOR MSPs:

Become associated with the global brand recognition of the U.S. Postal Service and listed on its web site…with over 800,000 visits per day!

Provide mail-related services to local and national business mailers with the potential of generating new revenue!

To enroll, please complete the enclosed "Local Provider Information Collection Form" and return it with your check for $100 payable to "Buffalo/Niagara PCC" to:

Upon acceptance into the program, an MSP "profile" will be created for you for posting on the Postal Customer Council page at www.usps.com.
